Online applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Manager & Manager in Reserve Bank of India (RBI/Bank) from Indian citizens, citizens of Nepal and subjects of Bhutan and persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Myanmar and Sri Lanka with the intention of permanently settling in India and in whose favour Eligibility Certificates have been issued by Government of India.

Educational Qualification:	1. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Second Class Master's Degree in Hindi or English or Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects. 2. Manager (Technical – Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 3. Manager (Technical – Electrical): B.E./B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. 4. Assistant Manager (Security): NA.
Experience:	1. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): At least 3 years' experience in coining of Glossary or English to Hindi translation and vice-versa. 2. Manager (Technical – Civil): At least 3 years' experience after graduation (in a position of independent responsibility equivalent to that of an Assistant Engineer). 3. Manager (Technical – Electrical): At least 3 years' experience after graduation (in a position of independent responsibility equivalent to that of an Assistant Engineer). 4. Assistant Manager (Security): (i) The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force OR (ii) The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum five years’ service in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Defence Security Corps, National Security Guard, Railway Protection Force, Rashtriya Rifles, Special Protection Force, Commando Battalion for Resolute Action, Special Frontier Force and Home Guards.
Age Limit:	Age as on date 01-03-2015, 1. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Between 21 and 30 years 2. Manager (Technical – Civil): Between 21 and 35 years 3. Manager (Technical – Electrical): Between 21 and 35 years 4. Assistant Manager (Security): Between 25 and 40 years
Salary:	(A) For Grade 'A' Officers: They will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.17,100/-p.m. in the scale of Rs.17,100-1000(11)-28100-EB-1000(4)-32100-1100(1)-33200 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 43,183/-. (B) For Grade 'B' Officers: They will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.21,000/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.21000-1000-30000-EB-1000-32000-1100-36400 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘B’ and they will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs.53,888/-.
